Every closing is
a review opportunity.

The best agents are built on reputation — and in 2026, reputation lives on Google. QRbird turns every showing, closing table, and open house into a seamless moment to ask for a review.

QRbird review badge

You know reviews matter. Asking feels awkward.

Real estate runs on word-of-mouth plus Google. Agents with 50+ reviews win more listings. But between closings, follow-ups, and the emotional rollercoaster of buying a home, "can you leave me a review?" often falls off the list.

Clients mean to leave a review…

They had a great experience. They promise they will. Then life happens. A week later they've forgotten the link you emailed them.

Follow-up emails go unopened

Your "it would mean a lot" email gets buried under mortgage paperwork, moving quotes, and new-home mailing lists.

Handwritten request cards look dated

A printed QR on a business card works — barely. It's scan-only, points to a fixed URL, and tells you nothing about who actually used it.

Ask in the moment. Capture the feeling.

The best time to ask for a review is right after you hand over the keys — while the client is thrilled, emotional, and sitting across from you. QRbird gives you a physical, tappable prompt that fits naturally into that moment.

Closing-table ritual

Hand the badge across the closing table alongside the keys. "If we earned it, a 30-second Google review would mean the world." Clients expect it. They do it. Your review count grows with every transaction.

Open-house signal

Place a badge at the sign-in table. Curious buyers who love the property leave a review of you as the listing agent. Sellers see the badge and feel that you're a serious, modern agent.

Office lobby anchor

A badge at reception catches every walk-in, past client dropping by, and title agent visiting. Passive, permanent, compounding review flow.

Rebrand without reprinting

Switch the same badge from your personal Google profile to your brokerage's, or to Zillow, or to a feedback form — all from the dashboard. No new stickers, no waste.

A tool that travels with the deal.

Between the listing presentation, the open house, and the closing — your badge follows the transaction.

Pockets and portfolios

The badge is compact, durable acrylic. Slip it in your portfolio next to your business cards. It lives wherever you do.

One badge, multiple brokers

In a team or a brokerage? The Business pack gives each agent their own badge pointed to their own Google profile — while you see the whole office's analytics in one dashboard.

Proof for your listing deck

Prospective sellers want to see your recent reviews. A strong, fresh Google profile — built the QRbird way — is your most persuasive credential.

Measurable ROI

The dashboard shows taps, scans, and conversions. See which closings convert to reviews — and coach your team on what works.

"I used to beg for reviews over email. Now I hand over the badge with the keys. We went from 12 reviews to 61 in six months — and three of my last listings named it as a reason they chose me."

Questions from fellow agents.

Is this just a printed QR code?
No. Every badge is both NFC (tap) and QR (scan), so any phone from the last five years works — including older Android devices. The destination is remote-controlled, so you can change where the badge points without reprinting anything.
Can I use one badge for my personal and brokerage profile?
Each badge points to one destination at a time. Most agents choose their personal Google profile, since that's the reputation that follows them even if they switch brokerages. If you want coverage on both, the 3-pack lets you point two badges to your personal profile and one to the brokerage.
What about GDPR and clients' personal data?
QRbird doesn't collect any personal data from the visitor when they tap — we just count the tap and redirect them to Google. Google handles the review itself. Your clients never fill out a QRbird form.
Does the badge work at outdoor open houses?
Yes. The acrylic is waterproof and UV-resistant. It works on sign-in tables, indoor and out. For winter showings we recommend bringing the badge inside between showings — extreme cold can briefly slow NFC read speeds.
